Croatia Drawn in Group B for Euro 2024

Tough Draw for Croatia

Croatia will face some of Europe's top teams in Group B of Euro 2024 after being drawn alongside Albania, Italy, and Spain.

The draw was held in Frankfurt, Germany, on October 9, 2023, and Croatia were placed in Group B alongside Albania, Italy, and Spain. The other groups are:

  • Group A: England, France, Romania, and Sweden
  • Group C: Belgium, Germany, Hungary, and Serbia
  • Group D: Czech Republic, Denmark, Netherlands, and Portugal
  • Group E: Austria, Poland, Slovakia, and Ukraine
  • Group F: Bosnia and Herzegovina, Finland, Iceland, and Switzerland

Croatia will be looking to reach the knockout stages of Euro 2024 for the first time since 2008. They reached the quarter-finals in 2008 and 2016, but were eliminated in the group stage in 2012 and 2020.

Group B is one of the toughest groups in Euro 2024, and Croatia will need to be at their best to reach the knockout stages. Italy are the reigning European champions, and Spain are one of the favourites for the tournament. Albania are a rising star in European football, and they will be looking to make an impact in Euro 2024.
